| The Market site itself is steeped in tradition, however Kivells are pleased to have helped bring up to date skills and opportunity for farmers and livestock breeders in the area when it comes to marketing their stock. |
| Regular auctions take place on a fortnightly basis on the customary Thursday Market Day. The town centre itself is situated only a few yards from the Market and as such enjoys an influx of customers from the surrounding communities on Market Day. |
