| Peter Hooper has been with Kivells since he qualified in 1978. Peter is the Partner in charge of the Liskeard office. He specialises in all aspects of agricultural and urban professional work including valuations for all purposes including residential and commercial properties, Landlord and Tenant issues, valuations for taxation, probate, matrimonial, mortgage and expert witness purposes. |
| He also undertakes management of commercial and agricultural property portfolios. |
| Peter can be seen in Liskeard Cattle Market every other Thursday, and undertakes rostrum work for a number of clients. |

Kevin Hicks BSc FRICS

| Kevin Hicks has been involved in the sale, valuation and survey of residential, commercial and agricultural property for the past thirty years. On a day to day basis he has been actively involved in the provision of sale and leasehold valuations, probate valuations, insurance valuations, rating and divorce valuations. |
| Throughout the year Kevin handles the sale of all types of property by public auction, deals with private treaty sales and as necessary sales by tender. |
| On the commercial front Kevin has a detailed working knowledge of commercial rents in the area, handling new lettings and rent reviews on a regular basis. |
| Kevin heads the Urban Professional Department of the firm overseeing the Survey, Project Management and Architectural Departments. |

| John Wakeham is a Consultant specialising in Expert Witness, Agricultural Holdings Act, Tenancy matters generally and Dispute Resolution. |
| John first qualified in 1965 and retired from the Partnership in 2008. His depth of experience means most situations and problems have been encountered and overcome before, giving tremendous added value to his professional advice. |

Mark Bunt BSc MRICS FAAV

| Mark Bunt is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers, with over 15 years experience in rural professional matters across Devon and Cornwall. Mark is also a recommended professional with the Tenant Farmers Association. |
| On a day to day basis, he is actively involved in a wide range of professional matters including valuations of agricultural, residential and commercial properties for taxation, probate, matrimonial, mortgage and expert witness purposes, Landlord and Tenant, planning, telecommunications, Single Farm Payment, Environmental Stewardship and property management. |
| Mark is also involved in the Farm’s and Land Department handling sales of all types of rural property including farms, smallholdings and agricultural land and buildings by public auction, private treaty or tender. |

Gary Hooper BSc(Hons) MRICS

| Gary Hooper is a Chartered Surveyor with over ten years experience in the survey and valuation of Residential and Commercial Properties across West Devon and Cornwall. |
| He works for private clients and lenders preparing a range of Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyers Surveys and Full Building Surveys, on residential properties ranging from town flats and houses through to large Grade II listed country houses. He prepares professional bank valuations on a wide spectrum of commercial properties including shops, offices, industrial units and development land. He is also able to provide valuation advice for Insurance, Taxation, Probate, Matrimonial and Expert Witness purposes. |
| Other areas of expertise include Management of Commercial and Residential property portfolios, commercial property rent reviews and new lease negotiations, and concrete screening assessments (mundic tests) of properties built prior to 1960. |
| Gary also heads the Commercial Agency Department of Kivells. |

Philip Wiltshire BSc(Hons) MRICS

| Philip Wiltshire is a Chartered Building Surveyor who worked and studied in London and the Home Counties for 13 years prior to relocating to the Westcountry and joining Kivells in 2006. |
| Philip has undertaken the design, specification and contract administration of a wide range of projects. From residential new build flats to the refurbishment and alteration of civic buildings, churches, hospitals, fire and police stations, swimming pools and primary and secondary education establishments to town houses, country manor houses and the restoration and adaptation of commercial historic property. |
| He is experienced in negotiating, advising on and project managing grant and insurance funded projects. |
| Philip is experienced in building pathology and the preparation of schedules of condition and building surveys. His other activities include boundary disputes, party wall matters and stage inspections and certification of domestic new build projects. |
| Philip is a member of the Devon & Cornwall Branch of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club (the organisation for professionals specialising in party wall matters) and heads the Project Management Department of Kivells. |

Nick Reeks

Kivells set up an Architectural Department in 2008 based in Bude. |
Nick has over 35 years of experience within Building Surveying and Architectural Design. |
The department offers a complete design and draughting service to Kivells clients, incorporating arranging specialist Ecological and Structural Design reports and production of site Land Registry Plans for clients. |
The department has achieved a good working relationship with the local authority Planning, Conservation and Building Control departments. |
Recent Architectural schemes include domestic extensions, loft extensions, barn conversions, through to new build residential units on new build “green field” sites, agricultural buildings and commercial units. |
