LAUNCESTON Town Hall complex is about to undergo a massive renovation project which will bring light, colour, and life to buildings dating back to the 19th century. As exclusively reported in the 'Post' last week, the Town Council is seeking the go-ahead for a £1-million loan to foot the bill and be repaid over 40 years.
