Rating
Business rates are re-assessed every 5 years with the 2005 Rating List being effective from 1st April 2005 and the 2010 Rating List being effective from 1st April 2010. Each re-evaluation brings the assessments in line with changes in market rents. We can advise on your rights and carry an appeal through to Local Valuation Tribunals and the Lands Tribunals. |
