Registration
To resister with the site select the register option from the left menu or click here. Once registered with the site your details will be kept for 90 days from the date you last visited the system. If a property is added to the system that matches your search criteria you will be notified by email.
The registration system is controlled by "cookies". If you are unable to register it may be that your computer has security settings preventing the acceptance of cookies.
Searching
To do a quick search of non-commercial properties use the 'Quick Search' option on the top menu. This allows you to search by 'Area', 'From Price' and a 'To Price'.
To specify the search criteria in more detail use the property search option from the left menu or click here.
Choose the options you require form the drop down lists then click submit to view the properties that match the criteria.
Multiple areas can be selected by using <Ctrl><Click>(PC) or <AppleKey><Click>(Mac).
Portfolio
Items can be added to a portfolio. This portfolio is specific to yourself as a user.
To add an item to the portfolio click the 'add to portfolio' link next to a property in either the search results window or details display window. To view your portfolio select the portfolio option from the left menu or click here.
The properties in your portfolio will be available to you when you next visit the site. To remove a property from your portfolio, whilst viewing the portfolio, click the 'remove form portfolio' link next to the property.
Request Details
To request details of a property click the 'request details' link next to the property then complete and submit the form that appears.
Request Viewing
To request a viewing of a property click the 'request viewing' link next to the property then complete and submit the form that appears.
