SITUATION

To find the land from Liskeard, take the B3254 and shortly after exiting the town, take the road as sign-posted to St Cleer. Drive through the village, bear left adjacent to Robbie Savill Blacksmith (maker and repairer of woodburning stoves) and after a short distance continue to bear left. Turn right and proceed for approximately 0.8 of a mile and then right and proceed for approximately 0.7 of a mile. Bear left heading towards Fursnewth and the field will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.
Alternatively, the field can be found from taking the road to the north of Dobwalls village and at Bokenna Cross continue to take the road towards Minions. After the turning to Trengale on the left, bear right and pass through Fursnewth and after a short distance the field will be found on the right hand side.
THE LAND
The extent of the land maybe identified from an extract of the Ordnance Survey Map for which the land is accessed on the north western side by way of a parish road having two gateways. The land in all extends to 6.92 acres (2.80 hectares) and is in grass.
WATER SUPPLY
There is a natural water supply close to the northern boundary. Along the western boundary, as marked on the RPA map, shows a mains water pipe. The purchaser would obviously have the opportunity to connect into the mains pipe, subject to South West Water’s regulations and charges, if so required.
