The county is bucking the trend against national land transactions in an eagerness to combat Brexit related fears by spreading economies of scale.

2019 was another hugely successful year of property auctions for Kivells, building on the success of recent auctions, with buyers coming from all over of the country and properties gaining international interest.

This press statement concerns Holsworthy Agri-Business Centre and the High Court decision published on Thursday, October 31 in favour of Kivells, ruling that Torridge District Council must pay damages.
