Welcome to our 2019 Farms and Land review. With an unusual political and economic climate across the country, we look back over some of the year’s sales and launches.
Farms and Land News
Despite the current uncertainty in both the political and economic climates, the sale of farms and land in Cornwall has continued to be driven by supply and demand. Kivells have a long and proud history of property auctions of all property types throughout the West Country since 1885.
2019 was another hugely successful year of property auctions for Kivells, building on the success of recent auctions, with buyers coming from all over of the country and properties gaining international interest.
Kivells ended their impressive year of property auctions in style with a clean sweep at the November Property Collective Auction at a packed auction room in Launceston.
