The land at Brownspit is quietly located not far from the small rural hamlet of Gooseham and is just over a mile away from the A39 Atlantic Highway. This scenic route provides excellent access to the popular village of Kilkhampton and further on to the seaside resort of Bude. The towns of Bideford and Barnstaple to the north offer a wide range of amenities as well as a link to the Cathedral city of Exeter.

A packed room witnessed a clean sweep of property and land sales at the Kivells Spring Property Collective Auction held at Launceston Guildhall. It was standing room only as bidders arrived from across the Westcountry for their chance to own one of five lots from Liskeard, Callington, Launceston and Bude.
Staff at Kivells Bude office are busy preparing a special charity quiz night to raise funds for Kivells Charity Partner of the Year, Cancer Research UK. The event will take place at the Falcon Hotel in Bude on Wednesday 28th March at 7.30pm.

Staff at Kivells Callington are locking their sweets away to raise funds for Kivells Charity Partner of the Year Cancer Research UK. The idea coincides with the Cancer Research UK ‘Sugar Free February’ campaign where the public are encouraged to give up sugar for the month.
