Kivells ended their impressive year of property auctions in style with a clean sweep at the November Property Collective Auction at a packed auction room in Launceston.

Every lot sold during the evening, held at the fabulous Eagle House Hotel, to the delight of the watching vendors. Each lot sold on or above their guide prices with Land at St. Tudy selling for an impressive £80,000 over its guide price. Other lots sold for £36,000 and £23,000 over their respective guides.

Auction properties received extensive marketing coverage, and interest was immensely high on the lead up to the auction with many block viewings taking place. This resulted in a record attendance during the evening with bidders keen to land their investment.

Kivells Area Manager, Sam Turner MNAEA, said, “2018 was a very successful year for our property collective auctions but 2019 has exceeded all our expectations. It has been so pleasing speaking to delighted vendors after the sale of their properties and equally excited purchasers. We very much look forward to continuing this success in 2020.”

Kivells next property auction will be held on Wednesday 12th February at the Eagle House Hotel in Launceston with a packed schedule planned across 2020. Contact your local Kivells office today to discuss selling your property at a future auction. Keep checking the Kivells website and social media for updates. Think property auctions, think Kivells.
