A clean sweep at Kivells Spring Property Collective Auction

28th March 2018

A packed room witnessed a clean sweep of property and land sales at the Kivells Spring Property Collective Auction held at Launceston Guildhall. It was standing room only as bidders arrived from across the Westcountry for their chance to own one of five lots from Liskeard, Callington, Launceston and Bude.

Each of the four properties, and the land, were in hot demand on the weeks leading up to the auction with a large number of viewings taking place, carried out by Kivells property professionals. Each one went on to sell well beyond their reserve price to ecstatic purchasers.

Kivells Area Manager, Sam Turner, said “We are extremely pleased with the attendance for what proved to be another hugely successful auction for Kivells. We are delighted to have represented our clients in the sale of these properties and land and have been overwhelmed by the incredible feedback from vendors and purchasers alike. We very much look forward to our next auction in June.”

Kivells have a successful and proud history throughout the Westcountry for holding collective auctions for property and land with in-house professional auctioneers and bespoke marketing. The next auction will be held on Wednesday 27th June at Launceston Guildhall. Contact your local office today, visit www.kivells.com or follow us on social media for regular updates.
