Kivells Exeter strengthen rural team

Kivells Exeter office are delighted to welcome a new member to the Rural Professional Team, in what is proving to be an extremely busy period for the firm.

James Clack returns to the Exeter Livestock Centre after five years working for a national property management firm. James qualified as a Chartered Land Agent and Agricultural Valuer in 2014 and has been working in the Westcountry since 2011 building his experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, Valuation, Planning, Basic Payment Scheme, Stewardship and Agency Sales and Lettings. James joins the team to bolster the increasingly successful, and proven team at the Livestock Centre.

James is delighted to have joined the Kivells team, “Having seen Kivells go from strength to strength over the last seven years, I am thrilled to have been offered the opportunity to become part of the team. I very much look forward to returning to the rural hub of the Westcountry.”

James will be working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors Claire Quick and Ian Caunter, and complementing the Rural Professional Team led by Mark Bunt and Thomas Rattray, delivering an unrivalled knowledge of rural matters in Devon and Cornwall.
