Kivells property auctions go from strength to strength
Bidders filled the large, main hall in anticipation for the diversity of properties on offer, which included a public house and Jenns Farm, a property with land and agricultural buildings that was on the market for the first time in almost 2 centuries. Some lots even sold prior to the auction as the properties created huge interest on the lead up to the event.
The auction was expertly conducted by experienced auctioneer Simon Alford and attended by Kivells directors Mark Bunt, Mark Bromell, Tom Rattray and Kevin Hicks, along with managers and staff from each of the residential and farms offices, to ensure a great experience for vendors and bidders in attendance.
Kivells Director, Mark Bunt, said “We are delighted with the success of our property auctions in 2018 and the feedback from bidders and vendors alike. The Kivells name is synonymous with auctions and we are excited for the year ahead. 2019 is sure to take our auctions to another level.”
The next property auction will be held on Wednesday 14th November 2018 and, following the successes of the year, Kivells have a full calendar of auctions scheduled across what is sure to be an exciting 2019.
