Kivells September Property Collective Auction
Following huge success at the spring and summer auctions, property experts and auctioneers Kivells will be holding another property collective auction this month.
The auction will be held on Wednesday 19th September at Launceston Guildhall in Cornwall and will feature an array of 13 lots including residential property, farms, land, agricultural buildings and even a public house.
A packed room witnessed a clean sweep of property and land sales at the spring auction. It was standing room only as bidders arrived from across the country. The summer auction saw even more lots sell in a much larger room to accommodate the huge demand.
Properties being sold at the September auction include the stunning Jenns Farm in Bradworthy, which is on the market for the first time for almost two centuries. The property will be sold in 5 lots which includes a pair of semi-detached cottages, barns, agricultural buildings and land. There is a range of residential property from Liskeard, Callington, Launceston, Bude and Holsworthy as well as farm buildings in Liskeard and a public house in Bude.
Kivells Area Manager, Sam Turner, adds, “We have been delighted with the success of our collective property auctions this year, our clients have been extremely impressed by the professionalism of our auctions and the prices achieved for their properties. Kivells have a long and proud history of auctions across the south west and we look forward to continuing our auction success in 2019 which is set to be an incredible year for the company.”
