Kivells recently held another successful property auction to build on the success of the 2018 and 2019 auctions at a busy auction room in Launceston.

Bidders arrived from across the country to bid on an array of lots, including residential property and land from the region, with the event taking place at the Eagle House Hotel in Launceston.

All five lots that sold were in excess of their guide prices. Paradise Farm near Padstow selling for an impressive £135,000 over its guide.

Kivells Area Manager, Sam Turner MNAEA, said, “We have enjoyed great success since we relaunched our property collective auctions here at Kivells. We look forward to many more successes for the remaining auctions of the year in September and November and beyond.”

Kivells next property auction will be held on Wednesday 4th September 2019. A number of lots are already being marketed for this auction.
