A secure compound / depot of approximately 1,762 sq m (18,966 sq ft) having gated access off an unmade track. There are some existing temporary South West Water buildings remaining on site which could be moved or used, subject to negotiation. There is a overhead power cable currently running over the site.
St. Austell set within a china clay area is a town in south Cornwall having a range of social, commercial and shopping facilities set approximately 1.5 miles from the coast at Charlestown and Carlyon Bay and 10 miles south of Bodmin with access to the A30 spine road for Cornwall and Devon. The Eden Project is only 3 miles outside the town.
