Role Overview

Kivells is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across the business. This role will involve working across digital channels, content creation, email marketing, and events, supporting brand growth and customer engagement. This role supports multiple departments across the business, including agricultural, machinery, and rural professional services.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Consultant and work closely with members of the senior team and colleagues across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing activity.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media channels, including organic posting, community management, and engagement.

• Support paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).

• Update and optimise the company website to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.

• Assist with ongoing SEO improvements.

• Monitor digital analytics and report on campaign and website performance.

• Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.

Content Creation

• Produce engaging content for digital, including:

- Market report videos

- Social media posts

- Blog articles

• Produce engaging content for print, including:

- Sales Catalogues

- Market Reports

- Brochures / Leaflets / Posters

• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers (designers, printers, publications) to produce marketing materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.

Shows & Events

• Assist with the planning and delivery, as well as attending events, shows, and sales.

• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on key marketing metrics across:

- Social media

- Website analytics

- Paid advertising

- Email campaigns

• Use insights to recommend improvements and optimise performance.

• Support the monitoring of marketing spend and campaign value.

Brand Management & Coordination

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms.

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing activity.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

• Willingness to travel to events, shows, and offices as required.

• Experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused role.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.

• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual presentation.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Experience working in agriculture.
