With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Daniel is one of the leading residential and development property specialists in Cornwall and Devon. Since joining Kivells, he has risen through the business from Office Manager to Area Manager before joining the Board of Directors in 2023. Daniel advises on everything from village cottages and country homes through to development sites, strategic land and investment opportunities. He is known for providing honest, straightforward advice backed by strong market knowledge and a results-driven approach. His ability to combine strategic thinking with practical estate agency expertise has earned him the trust of sellers, buyers, developers and professional advisers throughout the region.

After joining Kivells in early 2014 as a Trainee, Sam quickly progressed to become one of the most trusted and professional agents in the county and was promoted to Director in July 2023. Sam has overseen the growth of the Liskeard Estate Agency Department, where property throughout the wider South East Cornwall region is dealt with. In addition, he has headed up the Property Auction Department, where Kivells are proudly now the most successful Property Auctioneers in Cornwall and Devon.

Mark has been working in the property industry since 2017, with experience in both sales and residential lettings. After joining the Kivells team in 2021, Mark was promoted to Office Manager in July 2023. Growing up in Bude and now living in Holsworthy, Mark has a wealth of knowledge of the local area.

A proud Cornishman from Launceston, Jack joined Kivells in 2022 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2025. With an excellent knowledge of the North Cornwall and Devon property markets, he specialises in residential and rural property sales, probate matters, and property and land auctions. Known for his honest advice, proactive approach and strong communication, Jack is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the very best results for his clients.

Natalie joined Kivells in May 2021 and has over 10 years’ experience in estate agency. Natalie demonstrates a strong commitment to all aspects of her role as a Sales Negotiator and is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to our vendors and buyers.

Claire joined Kivells Liskeard in 2017. Since joining the office as an administrator Claire has progressed to a sales negotiator where she enjoys the variety of roles and has become an integral part of Kivells sales team. Claire excels at customer service and regularly exceeds our clients expectations.

Nyah joined the Kivells team in November 2021 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator, transferring to our Liskeard office in July 2023, taking up the position of Administrator. Nyah was promoted to Sales Negotiator in January 2024. Nyah prides herself on providing a high level of customer service and has successfully completed MNAEA qualification. She has a wide knowledge of the industry and local area and thrives on creating relationships with her sellers and buyers.

Laura joined Kivells in December 2020 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and, through her dedication and strong client service skills, progressed to Sales Negotiator in 2021 before being promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator in 2023. In April 2024, she successfully achieved her MNAEA qualification, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and high industry standards. Having grown up within a farming family, Laura has a strong connection to the local agricultural community and a genuine understanding of rural life. She remains actively involved with her local Young Farmers Club, which further strengthens her local knowledge and extensive network of contacts throughout the area. Known for her friendly approach, enthusiasm and attention to detail, Laura is passionate about helping buyers and sellers through every stage of the moving process, ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish.

Will joined Kivells in July 2023 and has quickly established himself as a valued member of the team. Having grown up in the local area, he has excellent knowledge of the North Cornwall and Devon property market, combined with a strong enthusiasm for the industry. Involved in all aspects of residential and commercial property sales, Will prides himself on delivering a professional service whilst building lasting relationships with clients.

Neil joined the Kivells Launceston team in August 2025 as a Sales Negotiator after recently relocating from Wiltshire with his family. Neil has spent the last 30 years working and managing finance departments primarily in the oil and gas industry and most recently with a firm of Chartered Surveyors. Neil has a strong enthusiasm for the industry and a drive to develop his skills in negotiation.
