With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Daniel is one of the leading residential and development property specialists in Cornwall and Devon. Since joining Kivells, he has risen through the business from Office Manager to Area Manager before joining the Board of Directors in 2023. Daniel advises on everything from village cottages and country homes through to development sites, strategic land and investment opportunities. He is known for providing honest, straightforward advice backed by strong market knowledge and a results-driven approach. His ability to combine strategic thinking with practical estate agency expertise has earned him the trust of sellers, buyers, developers and professional advisers throughout the region.
Tom returned to Kivells in 2013 having spent time managing rural estate in Cornwall, following his initial training with Kivells in 2006/07. Graduating from Harper Adams University College in 2008 with a Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Tom became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009, and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2014. Tom proudly became a Director of Kivells in 2016. Being an RICS registered Valuer, Tom undertakes a diverse and wide range of valuation and rural professional work, specialising in farm agency, farm subsidies and environmental stewardship schemes throughout the South West.
Laura joined Kivells in December 2020 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and, through her dedication and strong client service skills, progressed to Sales Negotiator in 2021 before being promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator in 2023. In April 2024, she successfully achieved her MNAEA qualification, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and high industry standards. Having grown up within a farming family, Laura has a strong connection to the local agricultural community and a genuine understanding of rural life. She remains actively involved with her local Young Farmers Club, which further strengthens her local knowledge and extensive network of contacts throughout the area. Known for her friendly approach, enthusiasm and attention to detail, Laura is passionate about helping buyers and sellers through every stage of the moving process, ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish.
Neil joined the Kivells Launceston team in August 2025 as a Sales Negotiator after recently relocating from Wiltshire with his family.
Neil has spent the last 30 years working and managing finance departments primarily in the oil and gas industry and most recently with a firm of Chartered Surveyors.
Neil has a strong enthusiasm for the industry and a drive to develop his skills in negotiation.
Emily joined the Kivells team in April 2024 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator.
Although new to the team, Emily is excited to be a part of the Lettings Team and strives to develop her skills in the industry.
Malia joined Kivells in February 2025 as Lettings Negotiator. Malia is excited to be part of the lettings team and expand her skills into the industry.
Teresa first joined Kivells in 1998 as a Property Administrator in the Launceston office. After eight years with the business, she spent a period supporting the Launceston, Liskeard and Bude offices as a central typing hub, whilst also helping to train new staff. Returning to the office in 2010, Teresa now serves as Office Administrator and is a key member of the team. In addition to overseeing much of the office administration, she handles a large proportion of the sales progression process, working closely with solicitors, buyers and sellers to help transactions reach a successful completion. With nearly 30 years of experience within Kivells, Teresa's knowledge, organisation and determination make her an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues.
