We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our vibrant estate agency team in Bude as a full-time, office based Property Secretary and Sales Progression professional. This role is integral to ensuring our customers' experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will be at the forefront of handling customer service enquiries, maintaining impeccable phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, presentable, articulate and tech-savvy. Previous experience within an administration role is a must. Experience within the property industry is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided plus development opportunities within the Company. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle is required. We will support the successful candidate by providing them with in-house training relevant to the role.
Duties will include (non-exhaustive):
• Meeting & greeting clients
• Handling inbound & outgoing telephone calls, taking messages where necessary
• Proactively book viewings as well as dealing with valuation requests
• Maintain and organise diary system / valuations / appointments
• Communicate efficiently with vendors, purchasers and solicitor to ensure smooth transaction progression
• Audio typing
• Typing up of property particulars and sales correspondence
• Data inputting onto the residential in-house database
• Sending and receiving of emails via Microsoft Outlook
• Arrange window displays and mail shots
• Arrange newspaper and on-line advertising
• Manage and maintain administrative systems and procedures
• Ensuring anti-money laundering and GDPR compliance procedures are met
• General administration, filing, mailing, photocopying etc.
Working hours: This is an office-based role and the ideal candidate will be able to work 5 days a week 08:45-17:30 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. Please note, part time job share applications may also be considered.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
