The Government’s recently updated National Planning Policy Framework has set ambitious housing targets to accelerate housebuilding and deliver 1.5 million homes over the duration of the current Parliament. There has never been a greater need to identify new housing sites in the Southwest to help meet this target.

- Freehold sales with or without uplift/ overage – either via full marketing, private treaty or our popular monthly property auction
