The Government’s recently updated National Planning Policy Framework has set ambitious housing targets to accelerate housebuilding and deliver 1.5 million homes over the duration of the current Parliament.   • Conditional contract with a housebuilder, subject to planning permission for housing 
  • Planning advice – to enable you to sell your site on the open market once planning permission has been secured. Kivells can provide advice throughout the planning application process on the general approach & strategy and to help you to put together a suitable team of consultants 
  • Freehold sales with or without uplift/ overage – either via full marketing, private treaty or our popular monthly property auction
