    INTRODUCTION 
    Kivells have received instructions to let Land and Buildings at Hole Farm (143.51 acres), Bere Alston from Mr & Mrs S. Sherrell who are a longstanding farming family, and have farmed Hole Farm for most of their working life.

    The farm is a traditional mixed holding farmed sympathetically; something which the owners hope will continue under the proposed letting.

    The farm will be let by Informal Tender under a two year Farm Business Tenancy (under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995).
