Our clients is offering the shed on a six month license and then on a rolling month-to-month basis thereafter, with immediate effect..
RENT PAYMENTS
The rent shall be payable on a monthly basis. We will expect the successful tenant to pay by standing order to the Licensor.
REPAIRS
The Licensee will be responsible for maintaining the shed in a good state of repair.
INSURANCE
The Licensor will insure the building.
SERVICES
No services are currently available to the building.
DEPOSIT
A three month deposit will also be payable at the commencement of the license.
