This year, the Kivells offices in Launceston and Liskeard were honoured with Best in Postcode Awards, following another exceptional year of customer feedback and service delivery across the business. 

The awards are powered by customer reviews submitted directly to the ESTAS review platform, which is exclusively for property professionals. These reviews provide genuine feedback on the service received throughout the moving process, with ESTAS monitoring and verifying ratings over a 12 month period to ensure they reflect true customer experiences. 

As Postcode winners, Kivells has once again been shortlisted for further county, regional and national recognition at the prestigious ESTAS Awards ceremony taking place on 16th October. Last year, the company was proud to win the “Best Local Estate Agency Group (2–5 offices) – South West” award, reinforcing Kivells’ reputation as one of the leading independent property agencies in the region. The awards are presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer in front of more than 1,200 of the UK’s leading property professionals.
