It was a beautiful sunny evening for Kivells final spring auction of the year, where 6 sought-after lots went under the hammer including land, residential property and development opportunities.
Land continued to generate strong results at June’s auction, with 4.20 acres at Kestle, Tregadillett selling for £60,000 against a guide of £35,000. 3.89 acres and buildings at Thorn Cross, Chagford sold for £255,000, £70,000 above its guide, £12.98 acres near Mandalay, Tintagel reached its guide of £295,000 and 4.45 acres at Chillaton, Lifton sold for £30,000 against a guide of £40,000.
Kivells’ strong marketing campaigns were once again perfectly demonstrated when the freehold sale of an investment property comprising of eight one/two-bedroom good size flats sold prior to auction. The Old Revenue Building in Launceston sold for an impressive £350,000 against a guide of £200,000. Kivells Director
