Kivells’ October Collective Property Auction delivered a strong set of results at Lifton Strawberry Fields, with competitive bidding across a diverse range of land and property in Devon and Cornwall. 

The auction saw 12 lots go under the hammer, with several properties achieving prices well above their respective guides, demonstrating continued appetite for land, property and rural assets offered by auction. 

Among the standout results was 7.21 acres of land at the Blue Ball, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, which sold for £210,000, comfortably exceeding its £170,000–£180,000 guide range. 

Two further successes came from Landulph House in Landulph, Saltash, selling for £540,000 against a guide of £525,000–£550,000, and Birchwood in Exbourne, which sold for £280,000 against a guide of £175,000–£195,000. 

The Old Post Office at Whitstone, Holsworthy, also attracted strong competition, selling for £150,000 against a £90,000 guide price. Meanwhile, 3 Camelot View, Camelford, achieved £100,000, £25,000 above its guide. 

Land proved particularly popular, with 2.18 acres and stables at Wotter, Plympton, selling for £78,000 against a £65,000 guide, while 6.17 acres of land at Sticklepath, Okehampton, almost doubled its £15,000 guide to achieve £28,000. 

Another notable result came from 18.31 acres of land at Shilstone, Throwleigh, Okehampton, which sold for £265,000 against a £175,000 guide price.
