The role: Kivells are looking for a full-time Lettings Negotiator based in the Launceston office, with scope to also cover other Cornwall/Devon offices. The successful candidate will be ambitious, bright, cheerful, and highly organised, with an ability to work under their own initiative.

We are seeking a full-time experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department based in Launceston. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual with in-depth knowledge of the residential lettings market.
You will be responsible for managing the lettings team, maintaining Landlord relationships, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and delivering an outstanding service to clients and tenants.
